Part 3:
Malcolm ruled the Elementary School. Despite being 'small & helpless', he was well on his way to----

The Shepard-Alenko brothers were all shipped to military school during their 7th grade year. Apparently, the Biotic Beach Sand Storm prank was frowned upon by the town of Isla Paradiso.

It wasn't a regular military school, but a place created for children who also shared the boys' abilities.  Malcolm wasn't the only one who didn't like it. Apparently, one of the fathers, Kaidan, was not fond of it either. So he left the household to become an administrator there. The other father, known as Shepard, followed after.

Occasionally, the fathers would return during the holiday season, but to Malcolm's disappointment-- without the brothers, without 'Andy'. 

Bullies from elementary school had gotten bigger, and soon Malcolm was sharing middle school classes as THEIR victim.  Alyssa and Veronica were too preoccupied, going through 'womanly changes' to even care about Malcolm's suddenly shitty situation. One day, Malcolm came home, badly beaten. His sisters had went to a friend's house, leaving him at the mercy of bullies.

Fortunately, his inherited healing ability kicked in, when the bullies accidentally 'pushed him off a bridge.... into oncoming traffic! However, the traffic was so congested -- Malcolm just crashed through a stationary SUV.  The vehicle took more damage than Malcolm II. His broken bones and split lip --from the altercation above-- on the bridge were gone before the cops and paramedics arrived... before the driver and passengers regained consciousness... before Malcolm II's distraught parents arrived.

For some odd reason, Malcolm II didn't say anything. He was ashamed. He wished his sisters would pay attention to him. He wished his 6 best friends would return from whatever hell they were placed in...

The officials and "medical experts" deemed Malcolm II suicidal. So, now he and his sisters had to be driven to school.  Malcolm even had surveillance systems in his bedroom.  Taking Albert Wesker's advice, A.J. & Sharon agreed that medication would be pointless due to his 'genetic makeup'. So, Malcolm was sent to a therapist. 

His grandfather picked Malcolm up one evening. As usual their conversation was to the point---- razor sharp point. Wesker knew what had really happened during the "suicide" attempt. Malcolm even wondered if the bullies were 'appointed' by his Mad Grandfather.

"So, my little Duckling." Malcolm's almost ageless grandfather asked. "What else is it going to take for the real you to come out?"
